• Product Condition: The product must be in its original, unused condition at the time of delivery, enclosed in its undamaged original packaging, and accompanied by the original purchase invoice.
• Excluded Products: For public health and hygiene reasons, children’s clothing and costumes cannot be returned or exchanged once worn or used, unless a manufacturing defect is proven prior to use.
• Damages Due to Misuse: The right to return or exchange is completely voided if the product sustains damage, contamination, or alterations due to misuse after delivery.
